I found some aspects of my stay disappointing. The shower water drained poorly. This made showering a bit of a hassle. I also observed that the pool lacked an adequate filtration system, because it often looked unclean. I think more attention should be given to pool maintenance.

the resort sent a staff member to the district hospital, my daughter needed an iv drip, he waited with us until 1am. staff were very responsive to our needs. the rooms were spacious. slippers and sanitary items were provided.
i found that the pool looked cloudy and dirty, even though i noticed someone cleaning it daily, it did not seem to make much difference.

the room included a comfortable king bed. there were also provided slippers for use inside the room. the resort view offered a pleasant backdrop. the air conditioning worked effectively to keep the space cool.

the pool bar offered a variety of drinks and snacks. a mini supermarket located on the resort premises offered convenience. massage services were available, providing relaxation options. i saw a fire show in the dining area during the evening.

the street front had a shop selling drinks and snacks at good prices. i found night food stalls nearby, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. it was convenient to have these options just outside the resort! though the tricycle fees were higher.

The resort has two large pools. both pools have ample lounge chairs. i liked that coffee shops are available near the hotel. food stalls offer cheaper options. Staff was helpful.
the shower in my room did not drain well. this made showering a bit inconvenient. i think improved drain maintenance is important. it impacted my stay.

the hotel location is pretty quiet. it has easy access to local amenities. the location makes it convenient to explore without being in a busy area. i found getting around was easy.

I found the breakfast omelettes to be consistently great. most of the staff were very friendly and helpful to me. the pool was wonderful. I found it always clean and inviting. i appreciated that the transfer trip from the airport used a friendly, spacious, and clean van.
